How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped with 5-7 business days of your completed transaction. Express and Priority packages are process quicker. You will receive tracking information via email on the day your order ships.
Do you ship international?
Yes, I ship all over the world! Please note your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by Customs once the order reaches your country. Payment of all duties and taxes are your responsibility. Each country has different laws regarding the amount of taxes that you must pay to receive your order. If you have questions about your country's import regulations, please contact your local Customs office. All packages will be declared as "merchandise" on customs forms.
Do you ship to PO Box or APO address?
Can you tell me if the item I ordered will be signed?
All prints, flipbooks, paintings, and box sets are signed and numbered unless otherwise described.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, the US Post Office will email you a tracking number on the day your order ships. First Class and Air Mail tracking may not always be accurate. Priority tracking numbers are far more reliable, and Express mail is guarteneed overnight delivery to most locations in the US.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes, all transactions are completed on a secure server using CoolCart and transmitted to PayPal in a secure encrypted format. I never see your personal credit card information.
I am having trouble processing my order. Did my order go through?
If your order was processed you will receive an email from Paypal confirming payment. You can verify your order by logging into your Paypal account. You will also receive an email from our store indicating that your order has been received.
I accidentally submitted my order twice. Can you refund my second order?
Send an email to email@example.com and I will refund the second order.
My package got damaged! What do I do?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will initiate the insurance claim. As soon as I receive the claim paperwork, in about a week or less, I will send you a replacement.
What is your Return Policy?
All products are guaranteed to be free from defects. If a defect is found, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item or exchanging it for a different style.
I respect your privacy. All information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
